 Ayon sa naging pagpupulong umano ni Comelect Andres Bautista at President Duterte, si President Duterte ay nakakuha umano ng 21million votes at hindi lamang 16million votes at ang 5million naman ang umano'y dinagdag kay Leni Robredo upang lumbas na panalo ito sa pagka VP na dapat si Bong Bong Macos ang panalo. 
Sa ngayon ay may naka haing recount si BBM sa SC at itong maaring payagan na ng Korte.
