Palihim na umalis sa Pilipinas papuntang Singapore ang Davao self-confessed killer na si Arthur "Arturo" Lascañas, kinompirma ito ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) Linggo.

Ayon sa ulat ng Philippine Daily Inquirer, umalis ng bansa si Lascañas dahil marami raw itong natatanggap na banta na kakasuhan ito, at marami na rin daw ang tumutugis sa kanya
